How to Export Documents and Transactions

In this article you’ll learn how to export documents and transaction information from the Arch Portal.

Steps to Export All Documents for an Account

  1. Navigate to the Account Activity tab on the left hand side of your Arch Portal

  2. Select the account you would like to export documents for from the account drop down in the top left corner

  3. Once you have selected an account, you will see a Download All Files button appear in the top right corner

    1. You can filter the account activity page to download all files for a specific investing vehicle, investment firm, or activity type. You can also use the search functionality to filter for a specific download.

    1. Please note, the download could take some time depending on how many documents the account has.

Steps to Export Transactions

There are 2 different methods for exporting transactions. We recommend going holding by holding to make the information easier to manage. You can also download all transactions for the account if you would like to.

Steps for the holding by holding approach:

  1. Navigate to the Holdings tab on the left hand side of your Arch Portal

  2. Select the Holding you would like to export the transactions from by clicking on the Holding name located next to the Firm name

  3. Navigate to the Cash Flows tab on the top of your screen

  4. Select the three dots on the right hand side of the cash flows page and select "Export" to download a CSV file with all of the transactions for that Holding

Steps to export all transactions for the account:

  1. Navigate to the Cash Flows tab on the left hand side of your Arch Portal

  2. Select the account you would like to export transactions for from the account drop down in the top left corner

  3. If needed, you can filter by the time range at the top left corner, next to the Accounts drop down

  4. Select the three dots on the right hand side of the cash flows page and select "Export" to download a CSV file with all of the transactions for that account
