Steps to Upload a Historical Cash Flow

  1. Navigate to the Data Upload tab on the left hand side of your portal

  2. From there you will see three upload options: Entities, Statements, and Historical Cash Flows

  3. Select the upload button in the bottom left corner of the Historical Cash Flows box

  4. Once you have clicked into this you will see a page titled Upload Historical Cash Flows with three icons showing options to upload cash flows

    1. The icons are a document with a plus sign for a file, a plus sign to manually add cash flows, and a box showing CSV

  5. Click on the icon listing the option you would like to use

  6. Once you have uploaded the cash flow or selected the plus sign you will see a row with the following headings: Holding, Date, Type, and Amount

    1. If leveraging the CSV template and there are multiple cash flow types that occurred on the same date, please add additional columns with the titles "Type" and "Amount" to ensure all cash flows are included in the same activity

  7. Enter the appropriate cash flow information into the row only using positive values

    1. It is important to note that each cash flow type impacts the holdings value on Arch in a different way. For more information on cash flow impacts, check out the Arch Transaction Guide.

  8. Lastly, click save on the left hand side of your screen below the icons you used to upload the cash flows and you are done
