Steps to see what users have access to accounts

  1. Navigate to the account settings page by clicking on your name in the top right hand corner of your portal

  2. Under the heading titled 'Accounts, Users & Entities' select the Users tab

  3. There are multiple ways to utilize this table

    1. Search for individual users

    2. Group the table by Account, User, Email, or Role

    3. Filter the table for specific Accounts, Users, Emails, or Roles

    4. Export the data to a CSV (Select the three dots at the top right of the table, and then select Export)
