If you notice any discrepancies within your Arch activities, you are able to request that an Arch team member review the activity straight from the platform.
Each activity can support one active review request. Following Arch team review and resolution, users can request an additional review if the ask was not fully addressed.
Steps
Navigate to the relevant activity, either through the Account Activity tab or directly from the Arch Digest
Once you have located the activity you are looking for, click the yellow Request Review button in the top right corner
Next, provide some context for the review. This will help an Arch team member handle the request efficiently
Once submitted, an Arch team member will review your request and correct the activity
To view a review requests status, you will find a page under the "Account Activity" drop down titled "Review Requests." There you will see a full list of your pending and completed requests.
