What Task Types Can I Activate?

The most common Tasks in Arch are for confirming Capital Call payments. However, there are many other useful Tasks in Arch. These can be activated by the Arch Operations team. So, if you are interested in learning more, reach out to support@arch.co or your dedicated Operations Team.

Evaluate Investment

New Investment Opportunity

Notification when a fund announces a new investment opportunity

Provide Personal Details

Personal Information Request

Notification when a fund asks for personal information (phone number, address, etc.)

Verify Wire Instructions

Wire Instruction Verification Requested

Notification when a fund asks to verify wire instructions for payments

Respond to Investment Inquiry

Misc Investment Inquiry

Notification for any fund investment question not covered by other Arch tasks

Complete Subscription Documents

Subscription Document Completion Requested

Notification when a fund has shared subscription documents that require signature

Provide Confirmation

Confirmation Requested

Notification when a fund asks for any kind of confirmation

Confirm Distribution

Distribution Notice, Stock Distribution Notice

Track when you receive a distribution; requires a due/paid date

Complete Invoice

Invoice

Track when you pay an invoice; requires a due/paid date

Provide Addepar Mappings

Addepar Entity Information Request

Usually used when new investments are created; notification to input Addepar mappings

Confirm Distribution Amount

Distribution Placeholder

When a distribution amount is not specified in a notice, this reminder allows you to to input the amount received at a later date

Confirm New Investment

Investment Added to Arch

Allows you to confirm or delete a new investment that the Arch team has added for you

Confirm Account Statement

Account Statement Received

Notification to check and confirm all of the details in a processed account statement
