How to Upload Individual Files to a Holding

Arch has a variety of tools for large data/file uploads when setting up investments, and there are separate tools for Tax uploads. If you are looking for these tools, please reference the below Articles:

However, sometimes there is one, specific file to upload for a Holding's investment activity. If you are looking to upload one of the following documents for an investment:

  • Account Statement

  • Agreement

  • Capital Call

  • Distribution

  • Financial Statement

  • Fund Correspondence

  • Limited Partnership Agreement

  • Offering Materials (e.g. PPM, Pitch Deck)

  • Subscription Document

  • Miscellaneous Document

Follow these steps!

  1. Navigate to the Holdings tab on the left hand side of your Arch portal

  2. Select the individual investment name under the "Holding" column

  3. Select the Files tab

  4. Scroll down to the Upload Files section, and click the upload button

  5. You can select one or multiple files to upload, add a note for later reference, and attach an As Of date. Additionally, for Account Statements, Capital Calls, and Distributions, you'll need to add financial information.

Once you upload the file, you'll be able to see it - along with previous uploads - under the Uploaded Files section.
