On the Arch portal login page, click “Don’t remember your password?”
Enter the email address you use to log in to the Arch Portal
Click “Send Email”
You will then receive an email with instructions to reset your password
The email will come from support@arch.co with a subject line of “Reset your password”
Click on the word ‘here’ in this statement “Choose a new password for your account here.”
That will take you to a new page where you can enter a new password for your Arch account
After saving your new password, you will be prompted to log in to the Arch Portal with your new log in information
Once you have logged in, you have successfully reset your password
