Arch refers to the process of getting added as an interested party for each investment as Linking. Arch will reach out to the fund manager for each holding with the relevant letter of authorization requesting to be added as an interested party for all communications and added to the investor portal if applicable.
Upon receipt of executed authorization documents, Arch will initiate the linking process. Using the contact information provided, Arch will send up to three automated mailers to fund managers requesting to be added as an authorized contact.
If no response is received after three mailers, your Arch onboarding team will follow up personally with each manager. Arch will follow up personally three times, after which we will request that new contact information be provided. Your Arch team will periodically provide an update on the linking progress, and may reach out with additional action items from time to time.
